Next Generation Esports once again showed how fast esports is growing in Pakistan by successfully executing one of the most exciting Free Fire tournaments of the year. The event journey began almost two months before the Grand Finals, when players first competed in the Free Fire Cup in-game matches. From there, the competition moved into the Round of 36, and finally, the top 18 teams qualified for the Group Stage. The Group Stage continued for almost two weeks and gave fans many intense and entertaining matches. After tough competition, the top 12 teams secured their spots in the Grand Finals.
The Grand Finals took place at the Women’s Sports Complex in Karachi, and the atmosphere on finals day was unbelievable. The crowd was energetic, passionate, and fully excited to support their favorite teams and players. The response from the community clearly showed how much esports is growing in Pakistan.
A special thanks goes to TicketWala.Pk for supporting the registration process. Tickets were made available online through their platform, and nearly 600 tickets were successfully sold and distributed to the audience. On the day of the Grand Finals, the TicketWala team was also present at the registration counters and helped manage the crowd smoothly.
The tournament featured highly intense matches that kept the audience engaged throughout the event. Huge appreciation to the title sponsor, Tapshop, and the powered-by partner, Tampad, for supporting the tournament and working closely with the team to make the event successful.
The tournament attracted competitive players and teams from all across Pakistan, with participants traveling from different cities to compete for a place in the Grand Finals. The nationwide participation highlighted the growing reach of esports in the country and brought together some of the best Free Fire talent under one platform.
Special thanks also to Multinet for providing flawless connectivity throughout the tournament as the official connectivity partner. For the first time in Pakistan’s Free Fire esports scene, internet connectivity was managed through OTG connectors, and the experience remained smooth and stable during the entire event.
The event was also honored by the presence of a spokesperson from the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, who attended as a special guest. During the event, they appreciated the efforts being made to grow esports in Pakistan, highlighted the importance of empowering youth through gaming and digital opportunities, and wished all participating teams the very best for the competition ahead.
The hosting and casting talent also played a major role in making the tournament entertaining for viewers. Hosts and casters, including Dowdy, Suleman Sallu Afridi, Hamza Farooqi, and Saadi FS, delivered an amazing performance and added excitement to every match.
A heartfelt thanks to Garena for trusting Next Generation Esports and supporting the growth of Free Fire esports in Pakistan.
