From thousands of teams competing across Pakistan to a PKR 10 million prize pool and a place at the FFWS Global Finals in Thailand, FFWS Pakistan 2026 Fall brought a lot to the table. Presented with the support of main sponsor TapShop, alongside the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and Punjab Sports Board, the tournament gave teams across the country a chance to fight their way through the qualifiers and ultimately compete for the title on LAN in Lahore.
For Next Generation Esports, the tournament was a complete end to end project. From the opening of registrations and league operations to the online stages, Grand Final production and post event work, NGES was involved throughout the journey.
Following the in game qualifiers, 36 teams moved into the online qualification stage before the competition reached the Group Stage. Week 1 took place from 28 to 30 August, followed by Week 2 from 4 to 6 September. Eighteen teams competed across two packed weekends, with the top 12 securing their places in the Grand Final.
On 13 September, those 12 teams met in Lahore for the LAN Grand Final at the Nishtar DComplex Indoor Gymnasium within the Gaddafi Stadium complex. NGES handled the event execution from the production setup to the final on ground delivery.
The stage, fabrication and SMD setup were developed around detailed 3D renders before being brought to life at the venue. The focus was on creating a clean and premium experience that matched the scale of the Grand Final.
The championship trophy was another important part of the event. Built around the World Series theme and the idea of “The Fight for Glory,” it was designed to represent what the teams had been competing for throughout the tournament.
The Grand Final followed the Champion Rush format and went all the way to 11 matches before Total Winner Esports secured the championship. With the win, Total Winner earned the opportunity to represent Pakistan at the FFWS Global Finals in Thailand.
The LAN also brought together more than 1,000 fans at the venue. Alongside the live competition, multiple games and activities gave friends and families more ways to enjoy the event and made the Grand Final a complete community experience.
The Grand Final was streamed live on the Free Fire Esports Pakistan YouTube channel, with TapShop and the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme supporting the tournament. Faisal Khokhar also supported the event, while the Punjab Sports Board showed its support for the participating teams and the overall competition.
For Next Generation Esports, FFWS Pakistan 2026 Fall was another opportunity to contribute to the growth of Pakistan’s esports ecosystem. From managing the competitive structure to delivering the LAN experience in Lahore, the project brought together teams and players from across the country on one platform.
It was a season built around competition, community and the chance to take Pakistan to the global stage.
