Free Fire took this initiative to penetrate higher education institutions across the country, which had a lot of untapped potentials. NGES once again independently managed all the operations for the tournament, which involved executing qualifiers in nine universities across the five cities. The qualified teams then flew to Karachi for the event’s Grand Final, which took place on the 20th of March at Ramada Plaza. The event had an attendance of 1000+ people.
NGES ensured that all the Esports teams were accommodated and catered to properly; moreover, set up the whole agenda, brandings, and the logistics and sourcing of all the equipment for the big event. NGES also broadcasted all the matches on Youtube and other social channels.
All the teams engaged in a fierce battle for the title. After great efforts, Islamia University Peshawar won the tournament and the title for Pakistan’s first-ever inter-university Esports Championship.
