The Free Fire Pakistan World Cup Qualifiers 2025 gave local teams the chance to compete for a spot on the global stage at the prestigious Esports World Cup (EWC). Organized by Garena in partnership with Next Generation Esports (NGES) and supported by Telenor, the online tournament featured a prize pool of ₨ 400,000 PKR and brought together over a thousand passionate teams from across the country.

Registrations were held from April 18th to 23rd, and the qualifiers kicked off on April 27th, lasting until May 4th. In Round 1, 1,152 teams were divided into 96 groups. Each group played 2 matches, and the top 4 teams from each group moved forward. In Round 2, 288 teams played 3 matches each, and the top 6 from each group advanced. Round 3 saw 144 teams battle it out in 4 matches per group, and the top 3 teams per group reached the Playoffs.
The Playoffs were held from May 9th to 11th, featuring 36 teams split into 3 groups. Each group played 5 matches in one action-packed day. From there, the top 4 teams in each group moved to the Point Rush and Grand Finals. On May 17th, the Point Rush introduced double elimination points, adding intensity to the games. Finally, on May 18th, the Grand Finals featured the best 12 teams in 6 decisive matches to crown the national champions.
Throughout the tournament, Next Generation Esports (NGES) managed operations, scheduling, and content creation. With professional event handling and smooth match flow, the players focused purely on performance while viewers enjoyed organized updates and highlights.
